At Rising Waves, we’re committed to empowering British East and South East Asian (BESEA) creatives in the arts and media. Our mentorship programme pairs BESEA creatives with experienced industry professionals, providing essential guidance, networking opportunities, and skills development across performing arts, TV, and film. We support both new entrants and mid-career professionals, ensuring that all participants are equipped to reach their full potential.

We’re also launching a brand-new Mid-Career Mentorship Programme later in 2025, designed to support BESEA creatives in stepping into leadership and decision-making roles.
